It is recharged when you collect power-ups from cages spread around occurs or when you trend the Wii Distant staying and right after pushing the 1 button--though while doing this you can do nothing else and are hence susceptible to inbound attacks. This does not appear to crop up very often, but it does add an interesting edge to break up the cheap runescape gold.
